Winter is Coming


They say that energy can never be lost, it just changes form from solid, liquid, and gas. the changes occur upon the movement, vibration, frequency, and interaction of the molecules. The seasons are changing and winter is coming. During this season, energy vibration is lower and slower. Since we correlate Qi as a type of energy, it gives reason that our Qi vibrations and movements will also be lower and slower. It is important that we don’t expend a lot of energy but conserve as much as possible. Everything has an energy associated with it. During winter, we should conserve our warmth, eat warming foods and avoid cold energy foods like salads. Remember too much of anything isn’t good for you, balance is always the key. The more we know, the better we can keep balanced
